Once a listing goes live, your job shifts to marketing, communication, and feedback.
- Schedule professional photography before going live
- Order a video walkthrough or reel for every listing
- Write keyword-rich MLS remarks and verify all fields
- Confirm syndication to Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin
- Post Coming Soon and Just Listed graphics on all social channels
- Send a Just Listed email blast to your database
- Mail Just Listed postcards to the surrounding neighborhood
- Send the seller a weekly written market and activity update
- Collect showing feedback within 24 hours of every showing
- Summarize feedback into a weekly trends report for the seller
- Review pricing every 14 days against showings and competition
- Schedule an open house within the first 7 days on market
- Install a sign rider, brochure box, and lockbox at the property
