Our story

Adam Taylor started in real estate the way most agents do — with a license, a phone, and a lot of questions. What set the business apart wasn't a single transaction or a viral listing. It was a refusal to wing it. From day one, every call, every contract, and every client conversation was treated as something that could be studied, refined, and taught.

Over the years, that approach grew Adam Taylor & Team into one of the Upstate's most active and respected real estate groups. Buyers, sellers, builders, and investors across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and the broader South Carolina market kept coming back — and sending their friends. Production followed, but it was never the point. The point was doing the work well, every single time.

The results spoke for themselves. In 2023, the team was ranked #1 in the KW Carolinas Region. 2024 brought a record year for the KW brokerage. Then in 2025, the team made a move to eXp Realty and closed out the year with 175 transactions — proof that the systems scale no matter where the sign hangs.

As the team grew, so did the playbook. Scripts for the calls no one wants to make. Contract guides for the moments that matter most. Checklists, net sheets, objection responses, and listing systems — all built in the field, sharpened by real transactions, and shared inside the team so that no agent had to learn the hard way.

Why Tailored Agent Programming
