1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Tailored Agent Programming ("TAP," "we," "us," or "our"), including TAP training, TAP-OS, and related services at tailoredagentprogramming.com. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business or team, you must have authority to do so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including Google account data.
2. Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell TAP Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person.
Team owners and administrators manage access within the permissions provided by TAP-OS. Consider which records and materials you share with teammates. Leaving a team or changing roles may change your access to shared information.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Prices, included features, billing frequency, and any trial terms are shown before checkout. Paid monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes.
If you enroll in a trial that converts to a paid subscription, cancel before the disclosed trial end to avoid the first subscription charge. Manage cancellation through the membership controls, or contact TAP Support if you cannot access them. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges. Refunds are governed by any terms shown at purchase and applicable law. We will provide notice of changes to recurring pricing as required.
4. Your content and client information
You retain your rights in the contacts, documents, emails, images, and other content you submit. You grant TAP permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the services and carry out your instructions. This includes sharing with authorized teammates, sending messages you authorize, and publishing content you choose to make public.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content. You are responsible for client confidentiality, required consents, document accuracy, retention obligations, and complying with your brokerage's policies. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
5. Gmail, automation, and other connections
Connecting Gmail authorizes TAP-OS to use the permissions shown on Google's consent screen for the Gmail features described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect in TAP-OS or revoke access in your Google Account. Google and other connected services have their own terms and may limit or interrupt access.
You are responsible for recipients, message content, templates, triggers, scheduling, and the automation settings you enable. Review these before activating them. Send communications only when you have an appropriate basis and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, advertising, and professional rules, including honoring opt-out requests. Delivery, timing, inbox placement, and tracking accuracy are not guaranteed.
You may send marketing automation and bulk emails only to contacts who agreed to receive email from you, and you must honor every unsubscribe request. TAP-OS requires confirmed consent for these sends and includes a visible unsubscribe link in contact emails. Unsubscribed contacts are blocked from CRM email. You may resubscribe a contact only after they explicitly request emails again, recording when and how they gave renewed permission. Personal messages and active-transaction communications do not require marketing consent, but remain blocked after unsubscribe until renewed permission is recorded.
Connecting an AI assistant authorizes its supported actions within your account permissions. Review the provider's terms and data settings before connecting, and review important outputs or actions. TAP's handling of Google user data remains subject to Google's Limited Use requirements.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use TAP for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, or discriminatory conduct.
- Do not mark a contact as consenting to email unless they actually agreed, and do not send automated, plan, or campaign email to anyone who has not agreed or who has unsubscribed.
- Do not upload malware or infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, attempt to view another user's private records, or interfere with service security or availability.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, brokerage affiliation, or authority to act for a client or team.
7. Training, templates, and AI outputs
TAP's training materials, branding, and platform content belong to TAP or their respective licensors. Your membership permits their use for your professional development and authorized work within the service; it does not permit resale, public redistribution, or claiming ownership of TAP materials.
Training, contract guides, calculators, templates, reminders, and AI outputs are informational tools, not legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice. They may contain errors or become outdated. Verify extracted contract information, dates, calculations, and messages against original documents. Consult your broker and qualified professionals. You remain responsible for deadlines, compliance, and decisions made in your real estate practice.
8. Availability and third-party services
We work to maintain the service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change, and maintenance, connection failures, or provider restrictions may cause interruptions. Keep independent copies of important documents and an independent way to track critical deadlines.
Links, payments, email providers, document services, and AI assistants operated by third parties are subject to those providers' terms. TAP does not control their services or guarantee their availability.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, nonpayment, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You may stop using TAP and cancel your subscription. Contact support about account deletion or available data export before closing your account. Deletion and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific business result. TAP does not guarantee transactions, earnings, or training outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Updates and questions
We may update these Terms as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the services and cancel any subscription.
