Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you use TAP training, TAP-OS, and connected services.

Effective date: October 26, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

Tailored Agent Programming ("TAP," "we," "us," or "our") provides TAP training and TAP-OS at tailoredagentprogramming.com. This policy covers our website, accounts, CRM, transaction tools, agent websites, and related services. It also covers information submitted through agent website forms. Independent services you connect, such as Google or an AI assistant, have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and membership information: your name, email address, profile details, preferences, team membership, subscription status, and training activity.
  • Information you add: contacts, property and transaction details, tasks, calendar entries, notes, email templates, signatures, documents, and team playbook content. These records may include information about your clients or collaborators.
  • Communications: messages to support, agent website inquiries, and records of emails sent through TAP-OS, including recipients, subject, message content, and delivery identifiers.
  • Connected services: a connected Gmail address and authorization credentials needed to use the features you approve. Google access is described separately below.
  • Usage and technical information: browser and device information, connection information, logs, and activity needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
  • Billing information: Stripe processes payments. TAP receives subscription and transaction information; TAP does not store your full payment card number.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide your account and training, manage CRM records and transactions, run tasks and authorized email automation, host content you publish, process memberships, answer support requests, and maintain service reliability and security. We also use information to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

You are responsible for having permission to upload client information and documents, share records with teammates, and contact recipients. Only submit information appropriate for these services.

4. Google Gmail access and Limited Use

Connecting Gmail is optional. TAP-OS requests only gmail.send to send emails from your connected account, such as quick client messages, transaction communications, and Task Plan emails you authorize. TAP-OS never reads your inbox, message content, or Gmail metadata.

TAP-OS requires confirmed consent for marketing automation and bulk emails. Contact emails include a visible unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed contacts cannot receive CRM emails unless they later request emails again and the agent records renewed permission, including when and how it was given. TAP-OS records the confirming agent and date. Messages tied to an active transaction may be sent without marketing consent, but not to unsubscribed contacts.

We use Google account data only to provide and improve the Gmail features you use. Authorization is handled through the connection provider, and TAP stores a protected connection credential. Previously connected accounts may retain a connected email address. TAP-OS keeps a history of messages it sends so you can review client communications. Disconnecting Gmail does not automatically erase that existing history.

TAP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Transfers of Google user data are limited to what is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, with your consent, for security, to comply with applicable law, or as permitted by the policy in a business transfer.
  • Human access to Google user data is limited to your affirmative consent for specific information, security investigations, legal requirements, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations as permitted by Google's policy.

You can disconnect using the Gmail connection control in TAP-OS. You can also revoke TAP's access in your Google Account third-party connections. Revoking Google access stops future authorized Gmail use; contact TAP Support if you also want stored TAP records deleted.

5. Email engagement and local storage

Automated CRM emails may contain a small tracking image and tracked links. When loaded or clicked, these may record the message identifier, time, link activity, and technical signals such as browser information to help distinguish likely privacy proxies or automated scanners. Agents can see engagement on the related contact record and in reports. Opens do not prove a person read the email, and suspected proxy or bot events are marked unverified.

We use cookies or browser storage where needed for sign-in, preferences, and installed web app operation. You can clear these through your browser, but this may sign you out or reset preferences. Your email provider may let you block remote images to limit image-based tracking.

6. Sharing and connected AI services

No Google user data, including data from your Gmail account, is sent to any AI service. AI features use only information you enter or upload in TAP-OS, and are provided through the Lovable AI Gateway using models from OpenAI and Google.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email delivery, authorized connections, and AI features. They process information as needed for those functions. When you ask an AI feature to analyze a document or assist with a record, the relevant input is sent to the provider used for that feature. Avoid including unnecessary confidential information.

If you connect Claude or another compatible assistant through TAP-OS, the assistant can request information and perform supported actions using your account permissions. Information shared with that assistant is also governed by its provider's policies and your settings. This does not authorize generalized AI model training on Google user data.

Team records are shared according to team roles and record permissions. Content you publish on an agent website is public. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect users and the service, or facilitate a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record, account status, and applicable obligations. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or logs, and some billing or legal records may need to be retained.

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials, review team access, and avoid publishing private documents or private links. Hosted email graphics and public website images can be accessible to people with their URLs.

8. Your choices and requests

You can update profile details, manage records where you have permission, disconnect Gmail, and manage your membership through the service. Contact TAP Support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information or account. We may verify your identity before acting. Applicable law may provide additional rights; some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others.

If an agent entered your information into TAP-OS, you may also contact that agent about their use of your records. TAP Support can help identify the appropriate way to address your request.

9. Children and international use

TAP is intended for adult real estate professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Service providers may process information outside your state or country, where privacy laws may differ.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.

For privacy questions or data requests, contact TAP Support at ryan@adamtaylorteam.com or 828-708-3818 (text). See our Terms of Service for the conditions of using TAP.
