Marketing Plan Execution

Once a listing goes live, execute a consistent marketing plan that gets it in front of every qualified buyer.

Day 1–3 Launch Checklist

  • Professional photos, drone (when applicable), and walkthrough video shot before going active.
  • MLS listing entered with full remarks, room dimensions, and accurate features.
  • Syndication verified on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and brokerage site.
  • Yard sign, directional signs, and lockbox installed.
  • Single-property landing page or flyer with QR code ready.

Ongoing Promotion

  • Social posts on day 1, day 3, day 7, and after each price/status change.
  • Boosted ad targeting the local zip and surrounding feeder markets.
  • Email blast to your database and to top buyer's agents in the area.
  • Broker tour and neighbor open house in the first 10 days.
