Open Houses for Listings

Drive traffic to your listing and capture buyer leads on-site.

Promotion Plan

  • Post on Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS as an open house at least 5 days out.
  • Door-knock or mail 100 nearby homes inviting neighbors first.
  • Boosted Facebook/Instagram ad targeting a 5-mile radius.
  • 10–15 directional signs the morning of, removed by sundown.

On-Site Execution

  • Sign-in sheet (digital or paper) — capture name, phone, email, agent status.
  • Have a single-property flyer and QR code to the listing.
  • Be ready to convert: ask every visitor if they're working with an agent and if they want to see other homes.
  • Follow up with every guest within 24 hours.
