Showing Feedback

Collect, summarize, and act on buyer feedback to guide pricing and presentation decisions.

How to Request Feedback

  • Send the request within 2 hours of the showing while it's fresh.
  • Use ShowingTime / Aligned Showings auto-requests, then follow up personally if no response in 24 hours.
  • Ask three questions: How did the home show? How did your buyer feel about price? Are they considering an offer?

Spotting Patterns

One piece of feedback is an opinion. Three is a pattern. When the same issue (price, smell, layout, condition) appears repeatedly, it's time for a conversation with the seller.

  1. Turn on automatic feedback requests in your showing platform.
  2. Summarize feedback in your weekly seller update — never just forward raw replies.
