Pre-Listing Package

Prep the seller before you arrive so the appointment is half-won.

What to Include

  • Personal bio and professional headshot.
  • Past client testimonials (5–10).
  • Sample marketing materials (flyer, video stills, social).
  • Your sold list with days-on-market and list-to-sale ratio.
  • What-to-expect timeline.
  • Pre-listing questionnaire for the seller to fill out.

Delivery

Email a PDF immediately after the appointment is set. Drop a printed copy at the door 24 hours before. The seller will absolutely tell other agents they're already 'kind of working with someone.'
