Closing Day Checklist

Be the calm, prepared agent at the table.

Morning of Closing

  • Confirm wire instructions with buyer (verbally, by known number).
  • Confirm time and location with both clients.
  • Bring closing gift, a pen, and a notepad.

At the Table

  • Arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Greet your client; introduce them to the closing attorney.
  • Sit beside your client; help them follow along.
  • Photograph the key handoff (with permission).
  • Celebrate. Then ask for a review and referral.
