Why Scripts Matter

Scripts aren't about reading word-for-word. They're about internalizing strong language patterns so you can be present and conversational while still hitting key points.

Core Scripts to Master

  • Initial buyer call — qualify timeline, financing, motivation.
  • Initial seller call — qualify timeline, motivation, expectations.
  • FSBO and Expired approach scripts.
  • Listing appointment opener and close.
  • Objection handlers (commission, price, timing).

Practice Method

Role-play 15 minutes per day with a partner or coach. Record yourself once a week and listen back. You'll cringe — and you'll improve fast.
