When to Ask for a Review

At the closing table or within 24 hours of close. Emotion is highest, gratitude is fresh. Wait two weeks and your conversion drops by 70%.

How to Ask

'It would mean the world if you'd take 2 minutes to share your experience on Google. Here's the direct link.' Send the link via text immediately. Easier than email.

Asking for Referrals

30 days post-close: 'Now that you're settled in, who do you know that's thinking about a move in the next 6 months?' Specific question, specific answer.
