  • Could you see yourself here?
  • On a scale of 1–10, where does this rank?

Decision Framework After the Tour

Sit down for 10 minutes after the last home. Rank each property. If a 9 or 10 emerged, ask: 'Should we write an offer today?' Don't let momentum die in the parking lot.
