Pre-Appraisal Prep (Listing Side)

Meet the appraiser at the property. Bring a packet: comps you used to price, list of upgrades with dates and costs, and any unique features. Make their job easy.

If It Comes In Low

  • Request the report and review comp selection.
  • Submit a Reconsideration of Value with better comps.
  • Negotiate seller concession or split-the-difference.
  • Worst case: buyer brings cash to close the gap or walks.
