Weekly Lender Check-Ins

Email the lender every Monday for a status update on conditions, appraisal, and clear-to-close ETA. Forward to clients with a calm summary.

Common Last-Minute Issues

  • Buyer opened a new credit line — never do this under contract.
  • Job change or income change.
  • Large undocumented deposits in bank statements.
  • Late condition responses from the buyer.
