Track every contingency and deadline so nothing slips between ratification and closing.

Build a Contract Timeline Day One

The hour the contract is fully ratified, build a deadline calendar: earnest money, inspection period, repair response, appraisal, financing, walkthrough, closing. Share it with both clients in writing.

Critical Dates

  • Earnest money deposit deadline.
  • Inspection period end (and repair request deadline).
  • Appraisal contingency end.
  • Financing/loan commitment date.
  • Final walkthrough date.
  • Closing date and time.

  1. Build a timeline template you reuse on every contract.
  2. Set CRM reminders 48 hours before every deadline.
